- Edwards Steel Solutions begins each project by working with developers, contractors and architects to determine their specific needs. Clients benefit most when we get involved early on in the bid stage.
- Edwards Steel Solutions will provide clients a detailed proposal and steel budget based on the clients plans and specifications.
- Edwards Steel Solutions can also provide a Value Engineered Alternative to help eliminate costs.
- Once the bid process is complete, Edwards Steel Solutions will meet with the client to verify the scope, materials specifications, payment terms and schedule.
- The proposal is then finalized and a LOI (Letter of Intent) and contracts are issued.​
